STARTEC consists of representatives from most of the world's largest state-of-the-art astronomical facilities. These facilities play a significant role in expanding the frontiers of human knowledge. The STARTEC association provides a venue for sharing resources and expertise to further enhance individual education and public outreach activities and better deliver the excitement of astronomy to a wider audience throughout the world.
